Jason Failla, Principal
I am the proud principal of Highland Park Elementary. I started at Highland Park in 2008 as a teacher and in 2019 I became the principal. I serve the most caring community in the district. I am fortunate to work alongside a staff of life-long learners who model our PARK vision every day for our students to achieve academic and personal success.
Our vision at HPE is for all of our Hornets to be Positive and Persevere, Accountable, Responsible and Kind.
We have been an A-rated school from the Arizona Department of Education since we opened in 2006 and are a twice-awarded A+ School of Excellence from the Arizona Education Foundation. We offer an accelerated classroom option at all grade levels and we offer 1-6 gifted services to our students.
